Zoho CRM Standard User Access to Zoho Finance
There has been some issues relating to standard users within Zoho CRM accessing Zoho finance with out giving that user administrative privileges'. There are two possibilities.
1st Option: Create a new profile by cloning the administrator profile and modifying the new profile by taking out unwanted privileges'.
2nd Option; Login as Admin User in Zoho CRM -> Setup -> Customization -> Modules
and Fields -> Zoho Finance, Click on ellipses (...) near the Module name
-> Module Permission -> add the User Profiles who need access to the
module and save it.
This should enable standard CRM users to access Zoho finance w/o administrator privileges
