Instructions for adding MS Office 365 to Zoho CRM

 Sign into Zoho and go to your CRM

Go to set up (Gear) in upper right corner

Go To Email and click on "Get Started"

Go to Office 365 and click it

It will ask you if you want ask you to sign on to your Office 365 account. Sign in and it will ask you whether you want to install Office 365 for  IMAP or SMTP. Click IMAP. Use the standard configuration as presented. Go to the bottom of the screen and click "update"

This will complete the install and integrate MS Office 365 into Zoho CRM. If you are having issues with this integration, contact Growthline Customer Support at support@growthlinellc.com
